Crystal Taylor was arrested on May 6 at Nowitzki's home. The 37-year-old defendant was indicted in September 2006 on a theft of services charge for not paying a Beaumont dentist for 2004 work worth between $1,500 and $20,000.
Taylor remains in the Jefferson County Jail with bond set at $50,000.
If convicted, Taylor could be sentenced to a state jail for up to two years. She's also held without bond on a probation violation warrant from St. Charles County, Missouri.
