Dallas Mavericks Roster Report 2009-12-04ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Jason Kidd, Shooting guard Roddy Beaubois, Small forward Shawn Marion, Power forward Dirk Nowitzki, Center Erick Dampier. Bench -- Guard Jason Terry, Guard J.J. Barea, Center Drew Gooden, Forward James Singleton, Forward Kris Humphries, Forward Tim Thomas.


--G Jason Kidd flirted with a triple-double Wednesday night in the building he collected so many. Of his 103 career triple-doubles, 61 came while playing for the Nets. Kidd had 16 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds at New Jersey as the Mavs rolled to an easy win.

--C Erick Dampier returning to the lineup was big on Monday, even though he contributed little with three points and one rebound. On Wednesday, he played big. Dampier was a major presence in the paint against the Nets, scoring 18, grabbing 11 boards and blocking two shots. Dampier made seven of 10 shots and did his damage in just 23:28.

--G Jason Terry followed up his game-winning jumper from Monday with 18 points off the bench in Wednesday's win at New Jersey. The reigning NBA Sixth Man of the Year was 7-of-10 shooting, including 2-of-4 from beyond the arc.


--F Josh Howard (sore ankle) is back on the inactive list rehabbing. No timetable has been set for his return.

--G Quinton Ross (back tightness) is out.
