Dallas Mavericks Roster Report 2009-11-29

Dallas Mavericks Roster Report 2009-11-29ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Jason Kidd, Shooting guard Roddy Beaubois, Small forward Shawn Marion, Power forward Dirk Nowitzki, Center Drew Gooden. Bench -- Guard Jason Terry, Guard J.J. Barea, Center Erick Dampier, Forward James Singleton, Guard Quinton Ross, Forward Kris Humphries, Guard Matt Carroll.

--G Jason Terry was one of the few bright spots Saturday at Cleveland, scoring 25 on 8-for-15 shooting. Terry hasn't had much luck lately against the Cavs. He came into the game averaging 8.7 points on 24 percent shooting in the previous three games, all losses, to Cleveland.

--G Roddy Beaubois has been a pleasant surprise filling in for Josh Howard in the starting lineup. He went into Saturday averaging a solid 7.1 points in only 14 minutes per game, and the team was 7-1 in his starts.

He didn't have much luck in Cleveland, going scoreless in 9:14 as Dallas lost.

--F Shawn Marion has played the last three games on a sore left ankle and, though he's been productive, the pounding may be taking a toll. The veteran has been hobbling around the locker room after games admitting that the ankle is hurting more now than when he was out.

--F Josh Howard (sore ankle) is back on the inactive list rehabbing. No timetable has been set for his return.

--C Erick Dampier (illness) has missed the last seven games. The illness hasn't been disclosed.

--G Quinton Ross (back tightness) has missed the last two games.
